When Amanda, a close friend, approached me for assistance with the second season of her Spotify talk show, 'Señoras Punk,' it was a significant moment. This was a major milestone for her and her partner, Reclu, especially considering the uncertainty that followed the first season's success. And true to the fast-paced nature of the entertainment industry, she needed the photos ASAP—faster than a taco on a taco stand during the lunch rush!

Our photo session in Melrose began in the comfort of my nana's studio. With professional lighting and a cozy atmosphere, we captured some breathtaking shots that set the tone for the rest of the shoot. Once we had these perfect studio shots, we were ready to infuse some urban energy into our session. So, we packed up our equipment and ventured out into the bustling streets of Melrose in Los Angeles, where the real excitement began. As I worked behind the camera, we captured candid moments of Amanda and her crew chatting and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the creative scene, adorned with graffiti murals and iconic punk style—a true reflection of the LA vibe.
